Norwich University announces recent grants awarded to six Norwich faculty members by the Vermont Biomedical Research Network (VBRN)
The event is facilitated in partnership with Norwich University’s physical education department, the first program of its kind at an American college or university.
The forum brings civilian youth together with officer cadets to explore the role of our militaries in the peace-making, peace building, and peace-sustaining activities.
The annual spring Corps of Cadets award ceremony honors students from U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard for their leadership, academics, and athletic achievements. Sergeant Major of the Army Michael Weimer was the much-anticipated keynote speaker.
Various teams from Norwich University participated in a rigorous competition, ultimately presenting their Business Challenge Case to an elite panel of judges of Norwich University Board of Fellows and Alumni.
Those in attendance learned about the fields of foreign language intelligence analysis and the multitude of internship and professional opportunities that exist at the NSA for students pursuing language studies in addition to their other fields of interest.
The day provided opportunities for multiple student meetings, a presentation by LTG Barrett about the ongoing mission of US Army Cyber Command, and informational sessions focused on the current innovative work being done in several critical fields by both Norwich faculty and staff.
During the recent National Meeting in San Diego, California, the University’s club earned the honor and is now poised to lead 145 Silver Wings Clubs from the various Air Force ROTC detachments across the country.
The Kickoff Celebration for the Accelerated BSN Pathway Program and MSN Nursing Education Program was led by Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT).
