During Family Weekend, Norwich University presented the Life Saving Award to CDT Matthew Peate, CDT Matthew Czaja, CDT Sheamus Finnegan, CDT Jacob Turner, CDT Maggie Lim, and CDT James Culp.
Since 1987, the Norwich University Scouting Association (NUSA) has hosted a yearly camporee for Scouts across New England. This year featured rapelling, scout skills, working with the Corps of Cadets, and building troop/scout relationships across New England.

September 11, 2001 is a date that is burnt into the fabric of American society due to the thousands of lives that were senselessly lost in a terrorist attack on American civilians. In the years following, Norwich University students began an annual tradition of honoring the lives lost through a Remembrance Ceremony in honor of Patriot Day.
The annual New Student Oath Ceremony for the incoming class of civilians and rooks was held on Sunday, August 27.

The Norwich University Corps of Cadets and Civilian Community will honor the memory of SGT David Solinas, Jr., during a special Echo Taps service on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 10: 00 p.m. (EST).
Norwich University was represented by a special delegation at the 3rd Annual International Forum for Peace, Security & Prosperity in Sicily, Italy. The delegation consisted of three members of Norwich’s Corps of Cadets and Dr. Travis Morris, Associate Professor, School of Criminology and Criminal Justice.
