Norwich University is gearing up for an unforgettable Commencement Weekend, set to take place in the heart of the iconic Shapiro Field House on the Northfield, Vermont campus! This year’s celebration will honor a remarkable group of graduates—from bachelor's and master’s programs, both residential and online—coming together to mark the culmination of their hard work and dedication. And that’s not all: the ROTC Joint Commissioning ceremony will also take place, recognizing the next generation of leaders.

In a heartwarming twist, graduates from the Classes of 2020 and 2021, who missed their opportunity to walk across the stage due to the pandemic, may still join the Class of 2025 for an extraordinary in-person Commencement ceremony. The air will be charged with excitement as past and present graduates unite for a long-awaited celebration of resilience, achievement, and the Norwich spirit. Get ready for an unforgettable weekend of pride, tradition, and new beginnings!

Please arrive to campus as early as possible on Saturday morning. There is often spring road construction on Rt. 12 between Montpelier and Northfield, VT. If you find there is construction, take I-89 and get off at the Northfield exit (exit 5) instead of taking Rt. 12. Please check below for road construction updates and delays.
