Women's Lacrosse: Daniels Honored Again

VT - Norwich Women's Lacrosse midfield Allison Daniels
(Concord, NH) has been named as the New England Women's Lacrosse
Alliance (NEWLA) Rookie of the Week.
Daniels scored seven goals and dished out five assists as the Cadets went 2-0 for the week. Daniels also caused four turnovers and collected one groundball in Norwich's 13-7 win at Elms on Saturday.
Last week, Daniels was named as the Player of the Week for both the NEWLA and the ECAC. The freshman is the Cadets' leading goal scorer with 29 on the season to date. Daniels is also the assist leader for NU with 16 on the season.
Norwich is 6-3 overall and 4-2 in the conference. The Cadets are back on the field on Tuesday afternoon with a league contest against Castleton State at 4:00 pm at Howard Field.
