New student paperwork
All applicable forms should be completed and returned to the Admissions office by December 15, 2009. Unless otherwise noted, these forms are required of all students enrolling this fall and should be mailed to Norwich Admissions, 27 ID White Ave, Northfield, VT 05663.

- Uniform Measurements (Rooks only)
- Emergency Communication Plan
- Math Placement Exam
- Student Medical History, Physical Exam/Immunization Record and Health Insurance Information
