Travel to FLC
Participants and their families are responsible for all costs associated with travel to and from the camp. The FLC staff will make arrangements to have your son or daughter picked up and/or dropped off at Burlington International Airport (BTV) or the Amtrak or bus station in Montpelier, Vermont. To cover the costs and provide an affordable service to families, the senior staff will pickup and drop off at the airport for $50. The cost for transportation to and from the bus or Amtrak stations is $25.
It is imperative that we receive an actual copy of your travel itinerary. This information is used to track flights. Inbound participants need to have our office number (802.485.2531) and contact us immediately if there are any changes to their flight status. The office monitors the phone until everyone has arrived.
Those participants who drive themselves will be issued a parking permit and required to park their vehicle in the student parking lot. Vehicle keys will be turned in to the Operations Staff at registration for safekeeping.
