Larry received a Summer Research Fellowship this summer working with Prof. Seth Frisbie in the chemistry department studying the distribution of toxic metals in well water in Bangladesh. This work will soon be accessible on the Web, and Larry is the first author listed on a poster presentation scheduled in Denver, Colo. at the Geological Society of America annual meeting.
While enthusiastically enjoying cycling and mountain biking on the Paine Mountain, Larry is weighing his options for the future, balancing opportunities for employment in the geo-environmental industry with immediate pursuit of his Master’s degree.
