New Applebee's features Norwich memorabilia
With
more than 1,500 restaurants across the United States, Applebee's is the
world's largest casual dining concept. The size of the chain is perhaps
matched only by its popularity, as can be witnessed any day during lunch
and dinner at the restaurant's new Berlin, Vt., location.
A common theme found in any Applebee's across the country is the display
of memorabilia from local organizations. In each community, the restaurant
proudly displays items from local fire departments, police departments
and schools.
When
the Berlin, Vermont, location opened this spring, Norwich University was
selected to be one of the institutions featured in a display. Applebee's
management said that including Norwich memorabilia in its décor
made perfect sense, given the University's important role in the community
and its reputation as one of the state's leading educational institutions.
Interested Applebee's patrons can view the collection of Norwich memorabilia
simply by visiting the restaurant any day during lunch or dinner. The
Berlin, Vermont, Applebee's is located on Paine Turnpike, just off I-89
at Exit 7.
